Tibna Same Nawana, Secretary of State for International Cooperation and special envoy of President Nino Viera of Guinea Bissau, on Tuesday called President Yahya Jammeh at State House in Banjul.

Speaking to journalists shortly after his audience with President Jammeh, Tibna Same Nawana said The Gambia and Guinea have a progressive and long standing relationship.

“My message to President Jammeh from my President is that we are ready to build a more solid cooperation with The Gambia and we are going all out to re-enforce our long standing cordial relationship” he said.
