In recognition of his exemplary style of leadership and his commitment to the development of The Gambia, His Excellency the President Sheikh Professor Alhaji Dr. Yahya A.J.J. Jammeh has received a letter and a proclamation of appreciation from Hattie Harris Good Spirits Club International on the occasion of International Thank You Day for Elected Officials and World Leaders, in the sprit of international fellowship.

Hattie Harris, Good Spirits Club International will sponsor International Thank You Day, this year on April the 25th, in the United States of America, where the Gambia will be represented by Ambassador Susan Waffa Ogoo.

At the end of his letter to President Jammeh, the International advisor of Hattie Harris Good Spirits Club International had this to say.

"Integrity and honour promote Truth. Humanitarian ideals promote International Harmony. International Fellowship promote global understanding.

May the leadership of your country be bless with wisdom, may the people of the Gambia reflect an appreciation equal to your dedication to serve. May unity and peace forge a noble future".
