PRESIDENT JAMMEH MEETS THE PEOPLE OF NORTH BANK REGION

The Gambian leader President Yahya Jammeh has said that the September 22 Presidential election is a trial for the people of Badibu. President Jammeh told the people of Badibu to choose a choice of pogress or retrogression.

President Yahya Jammeh made this disclosure at Saba in lower Badibu constituency on the second day of his dialogue with the people tour on Saturday September 2.

Addressing thousands of party militants and defectors from the United Democratic Party (UDP) President Jammeh said he has salvage the people of North Bank Region from a ditch by providing them with all their amenities. ''I have build the AFPRC Hospital for you, construct a first class road and I did provide water for you and by the will of God in few months, you will also have electricity.He said It is becoming a habitual thing in Badibu that you will refuse voting for me and any time I come here, you tell me that it was a mistake that you did not vote me. Now this is your last chance to either vote for progress and development or backwardness.

Other speakers at meeting included Yankuba Touray the secretary of state for Agriculture and APRC national mobilizer, SOS Hydara, Hon Gorge Aziz and Hon Majanko Samusa.
