As we celebrate the 18th Anniversary of the July 22nd Revolution, on behalf of both sides of the National Assembly and indeed on my own behalf, I join the rest of all patriotic Gambians in congratulating Your Excellency on this significant event.
Your Excellency, it is an undisputed fact that the July 22nd Revolution has indeed truly emancipated the Gambian people and has registered and will continue to register unprecedented development in the history of this country.
Sir, this is evident in the number of Schools built, Hospitals, Roads, Infrastructure, Women and Youth Empowerment, and Governance, Rule of Law, Freedom of Speech and Respect for Human Dignity among others.
Your Excellency, as Muslims in The Gambia and the rest of the world will soon commence total submission to the will of Allah in the holy month of Ramadan, let me seize this opportunity to extend on behalf of both sides of Parliament and indeed on my own behalf and that of my family sincere best wishes and prayers to Your Excellency, our beloved leader and President, the First Family, the Government and people of this great nation. We in Parliament salute Your Excellency's tremendous achievements and will continue to support all your development agendas.
We pray that Allah, the Almighty grants Your Excellency continued good health and that you succeed in all your endeavours.
Please accept Your Excellency, the assurances of our highest esteem.
Honourable Abdoulie Bojang
