Your Excellency,
I feel very happy when I received the news of my wife's delivery at the above mentioned Health Centre. I have been married since 2006 without a child.
Thanks to Allah, through your treatment I am now blessed with a baby boy. It is because of this that I would like to name my child after you. I am also praying to Allah to give you long life, happiness and prosperity. May Allah continue to shower his blessings on you and to remain as our President forever.
My wife and family are always praying for you to serve this country for life as President. This is due to the free services you are rendering to the human beings both in The Gambia and outside the country.
I remain to be your obedient follower

Your Excellency Sheikh Professor Dr. Alhaji Yahya A.J.J. Jammeh, it is indeed the greatest pleasure and honour bestowed in me, and my family members at large to write this letter to you.
Your Excellency, I am very pleased to inform you that my wife Takou, who was part of the last year's Infertility Treatment programme in Kanilai, delivered a bouncing baby boy, named after you on the 30th May 2012.

And would want to tell you that you have improved my life to a higher standard which cannot be overemphasized.
